In 2021 we inaugurated our boutique winery, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 bottles and 460 barrels for aging, equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
The winemaking process is carried out by gravitation system, thus ensuring the quality of the raw material processed.

From the vineyard to the Bottle
Each lot of grapes is vinified separately, which allows us to preserve its unique character. This practice, with a rigorous grading system, allows us to achieve the highest quality year after year. In this way we achieve traceability of our wines.
